We will show you how to apply for opening a POMO account. The POMO card will be automatically applied when the account is opened.
1. Login to POMO
Please log in to POMO from the login page.
If you do not have an account, Create an account from “Member Registration“.
2. Enter user information required to open an account and sign
On the profile screen (Account> Profile),
Enter your user information and click Update.

After completing all entries, sign and tap “Update”.
3. Move to the debit card application screen
On the profile screen (Account > Profile),
Click “Apply” to move to the “Debit Card Application” screen.
“Apply” button is not displayed
If “User information” registration is not completed, nothing will be displayed.
Please check your user information again.
4. Upload ID photo
Upload the image below
- ID photo
- ID and photo of yourself
*When using an ID other than your passport (driver’s license, etc.), please also upload the front and back side.

- Please be careful of white spots on the printed surface such as light reflection.
- Please be careful not to hide the characters with your fingers.
- Please make sure that the characters can be read clearly and clearly.
- Please make sure that the face is clearly showing.
5. Accept the terms of use and apply
Check the terms of use and click “Apply”.
6. Move to payment screen for card issuance fee
Click the POMO card “Account opening/Payment of card issuance fee” in the account information to move to the “Payment of card issuance fee” screen.
7. Complete payment of Fees
Select "Payment Method" from bank transfer, BTC, wallet (USD, BTC, USDT) and complete the payment.
I made a deposit but the payment is not completed
Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days between deposits.

8. Confirm that the screening has started
Make sure that the POMO card in your account information is “Under Review”.
The card will be mailed as soon as the screening is completed.
When you receive the card, please activate it.
How long does it take?
It takes 3-12 weeks for the card to be delivered after the bank screening process.
